Connection is one of the most beautiful parts of being human, but it asks for trust and vulnerability. As a photographer, I create a quiet space where both can exist, allowing honest moments to surface without force.
My work moves between people and place. I photograph headshots and events, live music and artist portraits, and I’m equally drawn to architecture and interiors. The rooms where creativity happens. Light on walls. The texture of objects. The way a space holds the energy of the people inside it.
I love being able to create something beautiful for someone, whether that’s a portrait that finally feels like them or documenting a moment that matters. When I photograph artists and performers, I’m drawn to the rawness that makes each person distinct. Years behind the camera have taught me how to disappear, to step back and let expression unfold naturally, without interruption.
Outside of photography, I’m a quilter and I love making my own clothes. Working with fabric has taught me patience, repetition, and the beauty of imperfect edges. I’m also a mama to my eight year old son, Auggie, which has deepened my sensitivity to time, presence, and how fleeting moments truly are. A few days a week, I coach CrossFit, a practice that keeps me grounded in the body and reminds me how powerful it is to show up fully - exactly as you are.
Every photograph is more than an image. It’s a record of presence. Of trust given. Of something real, briefly seen.
